❤️ Do you take commissions?
At the moment I do not-- my schedule is too busy to open commission slots but even still I encourage you to send me an email or a message about it! Sometimes things happens and I can take on a commission last minute depending on what's needed. Here is where you can read my TOS / commission information.
❤️ Do you sell at / attend conventions ?
I do! I've been doing them for years and adore being able to travel to a new place to meet current and new customers. Usually I have a list of conventions up on my Instagram stories labeled 'cons'.
❤️ Can I get your artwork tattooed?
Go for it! For those who would like to pay the tattoo fee I have ($30), I'll send you an HD version to give to your tattoo artist for the cleanest lines possible. Could also double as a wallpaper if you'd like! :)
❤️ Would you like to collaborate on art / merch / etc?
I do like collaborate with other artists and creators but I usually just do collabs with friends or people I'm aware of whose work I really admire. That being said, there's no way of knowing anyone so it's always a possibility in the future!
❤️ What is this store's returns and exchange policy?
Being a small independent artist running a store by myself, I sadly cannot offer a return or exchange policy-- all sales are final. If you need to contact me about an item you received being damaged, wrong, etc, please do so via email: melorawilliams@gmail.com
❤️ When do you restock your products?
Restocks always vary. It depends on how I get the products made, what they are, how high in demand they are, etc. There are a lot of aspects that go into me making the decision to restock an item. If curious, don't hesitate to contact and ask me.
