Shipping can be a lot sometimes so here's a little page to talk with you about it. ☆ﾟ.*・

❤️ Do you ship internationally?

I do! Although, it depends on your location for certain websites. Currently I do not ship outside the U.S. (sorry).

❤️ I put in an order but it's not the right address, can you fix it?

I can do my best to change it as long as you message me immediately-- if you send it a few days after placing the order, it's possible I already sent out your package. PLEASE make sure that you double check the address before confirming your order. 

❤️  My tracking number hasn't updated and I'm not sure what's happening to my package. Do you know?

I do not. Unfortunately once I drop off the package at the post office, the only information I have access to is what I've given you: the tracking number. All I can ask is that you be patient with the mail and ask for assistance with your local USPS. 

❤️ When will my order be shipped?

I usually ship out packages 2-3 times a week depending on the amount I have. I usually like to package orders in large batches so when I do send things out, I'll be able to get a lot more done.

❤️ Preorders?

Some of my items may be preorders. I always list the estimated arrival date on the description so everyone can be aware of the ballpark. Please understand that preorder delivery times are an estimate-- while getting products made it is possible that something might need to be adjusted. I would rather extend the preorder time to fix something than push for the estimated shipping date. Thank you.
